Science Timmins focuses on the present, leading to the future. It offers virtual, hybrid and in-person STEM programs and opportunities at the Science Village, whether it's robotics, artificial intelligence, space, climate or nature activities, and challenges suitable for all ages that encourage curiosity and the development of scientific and logical thinking.
The Science Village provides an incredible opportunity for families, school groups, and individuals to connect with science in a fun and interactive way. Unleash your inner scientist, unravel the mysteries of the universe, and ignite your passion for knowledge.
REGULAR HOURS
Tuesday through Friday, 10:00 am to 12:00 pm and 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm. ​Saturday is open from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm and closed from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm.

We would like to sincerely apologize for the frequent closures of the Science Village in recent weeks. This situation has arisen due to a shortage of qualified staff, which has necessitated a temporary shift in our program delivery.
In our commitment to providing engaging science education, we have focused our efforts on outreach programs in schools. As a result, our Science Village has had to close during these outreach sessions. We want to assure you that we are not permanently closed; rather, we are temporarily adjusting our programming to prioritize these valuable educational opportunities.
We understand the importance of our programs to the community and are actively working to find appropriate staff to ensure we can continue to meet our objectives and fulfill our vision. This is a challenging situation, but we are dedicated to resolving it as quickly as possible.
